Wedding Day

Imagine a white sand beach, nautical accents, perfect weather, all on Valentine's Day. Now imagine that you are getting married to your best friend - welcome to Nicole & Chris's wedding day! It was an honor working with this Sweetheart Bride, we had so much fun with her vision and planning all the details. We even designed a customized logo especially for them!

The venue at the Islander Resort was picture perfect, honestly it could not have been a better day! The skies were blue, the light breeze was cool & salty, and the seas were calm. Soft florals from Poinciana Florist gave a charming contrast to the underlying nautical accents. Island tunes from steel drummer Bob Lyons welcomed guests to a white sandy beach. The ceremony was set right on the ocean where friends and family circled the couple as they became Mr. & Mrs!

The cocktail hour took place on a large patio outside of the ballroom, which was built to reflect a historic Key West style home. A sailboat-turned-bar completed the island theme as everyone enjoyed sipping umbrella-worthy beverages. The bride had a custom corn hole game made for lawn entertaining, and also featured a fun photo booth that doubled as the guest book.
This wedding really was all about the details! From the starfish draped seating mirror, to the crab-trap gift table. But they couldn't forget that is was the most romantic holiday of the year, so they had personalized popcorn favors made in Key Lime & Coconut from a local vendor!
