Month-of Coordination is one of our four planning experiences and is perfect for couples who have enjoyed planning their wedding and require a trusted professional to step in during the final weeks. We'll confirm the details, coordinate your vendor team, manage the timeline, and oversee the celebration(s) so you, your family, and your guests can relax and fully enjoy the celebration.

We oversee the complete planning process, coordinate every vendor, develop the master timeline, manage countless moving pieces behind the scenes, and advocate for your vision every step of the way. We work alongside your venue coordinator to ensure every detail comes together seamlessly, allowing everyone to focus on what they do best.
Do you work with both couples and parents during the planning process?
Yes. Many of our destination weddings are planned as a collaborative effort between couples and their families, and we genuinely enjoy building those relationships. We take the time to understand everyone's priorities, communicate clearly with key decision-makers, and create a planning experience that feels organized, thoughtful, and enjoyable for all involved.
