The Wedding Day

Kimberly & David's wedding was beautiful. It did have it's bumps in the road though. Kimberly's parents re-landscaped their yard into the perfect setting for the event. We must have gone through 10 vendors trying to find mahogany folding chairs! And all the week before, the weather forescast promised 80% chance of rain all day (hence the tent, and minimal ceremony chairs).
My favorite saying is "everything will happen exactly the way it is supposed to". The landscaping turned out gorgeous, the vendor we finally found discounted her entire rental package, and it didn't even drizzle until their sparkler farewell! The ceremony was so intimate, even with 60 guests. Everyone stood on the angled lawn surrounding the bride and groom with love as they promised their vows. The tent gave the string lighting and lanterns even more of a glow, so romantic!
I've learned there is no such thing as a wedding without stress (at least for the planner), but that is not important. The important part is that once your day is here, you enjoy every second of it. Because in that moment, everything is exactly how it is supposed to be.

Congratulations to Kimberly & David on their beautiful day!

Georgia Destination Wedding Event Planning
From the Bride: "I could not say enough wonderful things about Carin Kronheim. She planned everything for my wedding and events leading up to it with excitement, attention to detail, and only my best interest and wants at heart. She is incredibly reliable, flexible and adaptable to whatever last minute changes or challenges you make or need.
She warned me about April showers when I we wanted my garden outdoor wedding with no tent at the end of April. Yet she did her absolute best to accommodate me until the last minute I caved and we rushed to find a tent. It looked even more magical than I could have dreamed with the tent and chairs. It did rain, and as all wedding planners will tell you that raining on your big day is good luck, she went a step further and captured the rain from our wedding day and sealed it with "love" for my husband and I to cherish forever.
We also had an amazingly difficult time finding wooden fold out chairs the way I wanted them. I can't even count how many vendors she contacted and negotiated contracts with until we found the perfect one, with the perfect price.
Carin made my wedding my dream wedding and there is no way I could have done it without her. I can keep going but I'm writing this on my phone and I don't think I have enough room to fit it all!!
Love,
Your garden bride ~ Kimberly Cox"

The "Wild Night Out" Bachelorette

The bride & groom opted for a co-ed bachelor/bachelorette party in St. Augustine. All the girls on one end of the hotel, and all the boys at the other end. So what to do for the theme....? And how on earth do you get boys to follow your theme?! So the girls had a "wild night out", and the boys dressed in camoflauge as their "hunters" during the bar crawl night. So cute! All the ladies wore different animal printed dresses and matching masks. Gift bags filled with naughty goodies started the weekend off right. The rest... well I'm just not liberty to say ;)

The "Tea Party" Bridal Shower

Bringing together the themes of Tea Party & Sunset Orange was not an easy feat, however the themes complimented the blushing bride's unique personality to a "T". The Tea room at Cauley Square was a wonderful venue for such an affair. Strings of pearls and lace flowed over the tables as her guests arrived in heels & floppy hats. Childood tea sets and hand painted tea pots accented the gift table. After the two hour brunch, the ladies walked through Cauley Square, a small artsy village, to take memorable picture and say their farewells (until the big day!).

The Engagment Party

Kimberly and David cherish their family, and really wanted to share their excitement of their engagment with their family and friends. They gathered their guests at the Hilton Altamonte Springs Hotel for a plated dinner. The U-Shaped table lined with cobalt blue bottles filled with white & yellow hydrangea was the perfect setting for an intimate evening. A slideshow of Kimberly & David's time together played throughout event. What a wonderful beginning to their journey as they start their wedding plans!
