Inspiration The Wedding Weekend The planets and the stars were aligned for this one! After ten days of wet weather in Key Largo the clouds parted revealing cool breezes and sunshine for this entire wedding weekend. Brianne and Derek wanted to make sure that all of their family and friends were included from rehearsal dinner to farewell breakfast. They kicked off the celebration with a BBQ dinner featuring brisket sliders, baked man-n-cheese, and a dry-ice sundae bar. Red checkered linens pulled together the laid-back look that the couple was hoping for. (rehearsal dinner photos by yours truly) Key Largo Lighthouse Beach is a favorite venue. The spectacular Florida Bay views among five acres of beach front property is perfect for any getaway. The beach house is spacious and full of sea-side character for guests to enjoy. Brianne & Derek envisioned their wedding with a rustic vibe in a tropical oasis. By mixing burlap accents among starfish and barefeet - they succeeded in creating a beautifully fun atmosphere for their special day! DIY details scattered through out the event to create those personal touches that really reflect the couple. A touching memorial table kept loved ones in their hearts close. The intricate cake stand created by the MOB (go mom!) enhanced the already gorgeous cake. They even had a friend set off fireworks during a special moment near the end of the night.  From the Mother of the Bride: "This girl made my daughter's wedding the best it could be! I can't say enough about her professionalism and just overall sweet nature. I had done a lot myself but needed someone to help me the rest of the way. She took charge where I needed her and made sure everything was done. I would go ask her a question and whatever it was - she had already done it. Nothing was forgotten about - in fact, she came up with things that I didn't think of. Thank you sooooo much Carin! It was truly a PERFECT weekend! You were a blessing to have there. I knew everything was taken care of and if anything popped up, all I had to do was find you. Not only was I able to enjoy every event, but so was my Mom. I was worried she would have to take on the role of checking on everything, but you had that handled! Thank you so much for your great ideas, easy going personality, and helpful attitude! You are awesome!
